9 Days Majestic Kenya Adventure Holiday

DAY 1: NAIROBI
On arrival in Nairobi, you will be met at the Airport by SAFARIS IN STYLE representative and be transferred to The Norfolk Hotel for your dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: SHABA NATIONAL RESERVE
This morning after breakfast, you will be met by our rep. who will brief you on your program ahead. After the briefing, check out from the hotel and meet your driver. Transfer to the Wilson Airport and fly on Safari Link morning flight to Shaba National Reserve.

Upon arrival at the local airstrip (Chaffa airstrip) you will be met by Joy’s camps representatives. Enjoy a game drive en route to the camp arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, depart for an afternoon shared game viewing drive in the reserve.

Return later in the late afternoon as the sun sets for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: SHABA NATIONAL RESERVE
Today you will have bush breakfast along Ewaso Nyiro River. Spent the day at Shaba with morning and afternoon game viewing drives. Other activities to engage in include; guided bush walks, cultural visits to a nomadic Boran settlement and trip to Magado crater singing wells.

Overnight at the camp.

DAY 4: LEWA WILDLIFE CONSERVANCY
Breakfast at the camp and then check out. You will be transferred back to the local airstrip. Fly on Safari Link morning flight to Laikipia. You will be met on arrival and transferred to the Lewa Safari Camp for check in and later proceed for lunch.

In the afternoon, proceed for shared afternoon game viewing drive. Situated against the dramatic backdrop of the snow-covered massif of Mt Kenya and with the magnificent Northern Frontier District stretching out to the North, Lewa is an outstanding tourist destination, offering spectacular scenery, superb game viewing and exciting activities for the discerning traveller.

Return later to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Lewa Safari Camp (FB)

DAY 5: LEWA WILDLIFE CONSERVANCY
This day you will have 2 shared game drives i.e. morning and afternoon game viewing drives in the conservancy. Other activities include; guided walks, pre-historic site visits and one horse ride or camel walk per stay.

All meals and overnight at the camp.

DAY 6: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
After breakfast this morning, you will be transferred to the local airstrip. Fly on Safari Link morning flight to the Masai Mara famed for the wildebeest migration. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airstrip and transferred to Mara Plains Camp set in the heart of the greatest predators in Africa. Check in and then proceed for lunch.

In the afternoon, you will depart for an afternoon game viewing drive.

On the plains, with their endless vistas and enormous herds of grazing animals, look for the predators hidden among the acacia trees: Black-manned lion, cheetah and leopard. There are hippos in the rivers and exotic birds everywhere. Thereafter, return to your Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 7 – DAY 8: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
Days spent game-viewing in the reserve with morning and afternoon shared game drives.

Visit the local Masai Villages to interact with Kenya’s most famous tribe i.e. the Maasai and experience this nomadic tribe’s way of life and see their colorful culture. At a fee you can also try a Balloon ride for an exhilarating experience over the savannah as the early sun rises and the animals are more active.
All meals and overnight at the camp.
Mara Plains Camp (FB)

DAY 9: DEPARTURE
This day marks the end of your Kenyan tour. After breakfast this morning, check out from the camp and then you will be transferred to the local airstrip. Depart on Safari flight to Nairobi’s Wilson airport. Upon arrival, our representative will meet you and debrief on your safari experience. Transfer to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international flight back home.
