12 Days Kenya Safari
DAY 1: NAIROBI
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be met by your our representative who will assist with the transfer to your hotel.
Overnight on Bed and Breakfast basis.
DAY 2: NAIROBI ESCURSIONS
This morning drive to Daphne Sheldrick’s Elephant Orphanage at the edge of Nairobi National Park, which is a nursery and rehab center for infant elephants that have lost their families as well as rhino and occasionally zebras and other wildlife.
Proceed for lunch at Blixen’s Cottages (pay direct) and later visit Karen Blixen Museum & the AFEW Giraffe Center where you may hand-feed the Rothschild giraffe that live here.
Overnight.
DAY 3/4: TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, begin your drive to Tsavo West National Park, at just over 8,000 square miles. Lunch followed by PM game drive
Overnights at Kilaguni Serena Lodge on Full board basis.
DAY 5: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Drive to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rises above a saucer of clouds and dominates every aspect of Amboseli. Arrive to your lodge in time for lunch and later proceed for an afternoon game viewing drive returning in the evening for overnight.

DAY 6: AMBOSELI
Full day in the Amboseli National Park with two game drives.
All meals at the and overnight at your lodge
Day 7: MOUNT KENYA
After breakfast, depart with picnic lunch and drive to Mount Kenya region arriving at the Serena Mountain Lodge the only ‘tree hotel’ ever to be built on the slopes of Kenya’s legendary Mount Kenya.
Arrangements can be made for forest walks, game sightings, and even hikes for the daring and adventurous to the top of Mount Kenya.
Overnight on Full Board basis.
Day 8: SWEETWATERS
Drive to Sweetwaters Tented Camp, a camp that lies in the heart of the privately owned 22,000 acre Sweetwater’s Game Reserve enjoying magnificent views across the bush to the snow-capped peaks of Mt. Kenya, Kenya’s highest point at 16,900 feet above sea level. Involve in activities such as visits to the Sweetwater’s Chimpanzee Sanctuary, night game drives, guided bush walks and camel-trekking across game-teaming plains.

Day 9 – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast at your comfortable camp this morning. Drive down the rift valley to Lake Nakuru N. Park famous for the millions of pink coloured flamingoes. You will arrive for lunch at the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge. Proceed for PM game viewing drive returning later as the sun sets for dinner and overnight.

Day 10 – MAASAI MARA
After breakfast, you will continue with your journey Maasai Mara, Kenya’s most famous wildlife reserve. Arrive at the reserve and proceed to your luodge for lunch with a game drive en route. Mara Serena Lodge is a lodge that has been styled to mirror the circular motif of a traditional Maasai Manyatta village of domed huts. Proceed for an afternoon game drive and later on return to your lodge for overnight.

Day 10/11 – MAASAI MARA
You will have two days morning and afternoon game drives, possibly taking a picnic lunch in the reserve.

Day 12 – MAASAI MARA / NAIROBI
Get a last chance to photograph that awesome sunrise before driving back to Nairobi. This afternoon, you may opt to shop in town. Soon you are escorted to the airport for your homebound flight.
As your journey comes to a close, you say a fond farewell to your driver/guides to the beautiful country and promise to come back in the not too distant future.
